Return Policy

We are confident you will find our products of the highest quality, but if you find you must return an order to us please note our policies below.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are shipped, perishable food items, we generally only accept returns on defective products. If you have an issue with the quality of the items you received, you may mail the entire order back to us at your cost with a note about the problem you had inside the packaging, or contact us by email or phone to tell us you will be returning an order - please reference your order number on all correspondance. We will refund the entire original amount, but unfortunately cannot currently cover the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to resolve problems to your satisfaction in all cases.
